Prenatal Yoga
During pregnancy, as you are creating a new life your body changes. To keep up with what these changes may bring, movement, balance, and grounding are fundamental. This is where a prenatal yoga practice may come into play. There is no need for any previous yoga experience, as long as you feel ready and willing to start where you are. Postpartum Yoga
After the birth of your baby, when you feel ready, postpartum yoga can help you physically and mentally recover from the long pregnancy journey, delivery and birth of your baby. Postpartum yoga uses movement, breath, and relaxation to allow you to reconnect with your body after pregnancy and birth. Some of the benefits of postpartum yoga include:
