Bookings, Refunds and Cancellations

Any new appointment bookings made with us requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. When you schedule an appointment, that time is set aside for your exclusive use. Therefore, a minimum of 8 hours is required to cancel (for a full refund) or reschedule an existing appointment. Please note that cancellations made with less than 8 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of $25. Missed appointment without any notice of cancellation will be charged for the session in full.

Payments

We use a secure online payment system. In order to purchase any of our services you will be required to provide us with your credit card information. When purchasing through our site, credit card and payment information is processed by our secure third-party payment processors such as PayPal and Stripe. By purchasing through our site, you agree that we may charge you the price listed at the checkout screen. All services must be paid for when scheduling your appointment. We do not accept health insurance at this time. Sliding scale payment system is available for qualifying individuals.

The following Terms and Conditions and website Terms of Use relate to the provision of any services and information from the Sun & Moon Wellness website (www.SunMoonWellness.org) or from us personally. These Terms and Conditions of Use constitute an agreement between Olga Cher trading as Sun & Moon Wellness LLC, the owner and operator of the site and any services, and you (“you”, “your” or “user(s)”), a user of the site and/or services (“Agreement”). By using our site and/or any services you agree to this Terms and Conditions Agreement, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions contained in this Agreement or our Privacy Policy you must cease using our site and services. This agreement was last revised on January 9th, 2022.

We offer nutrition services by a state licensed Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and certified Prenatal Yoga Instructor. We are not a medical doctor nor a midwifery service. Our services are meant to work along, if you choose so, with your standard medical, midwifery, or other qualified providers.

You acknowledge that our services are provided on the basis of the accuracy and completeness of the information that you provide us, following our evaluation of that information. You further acknowledge that your failure to provide accurate or complete information may adversely affect the quality, efficacy or suitability of these services. You warrant the truth, accuracy, currency and completeness of any information you provide us.

Privacy Policy 

By registering your details on our website, and/or using our website or supplying information or documents to us or otherwise engaging our services, you consent to us collecting, using your personal information (including health information) for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy.

We collect personal information for the purpose of delivering our services. We may collect information through the Sun & Moon Wellness website (ww.Sunmoonwellness.org) or in the course of providing our services in person, verbally and/or in writing. We collect personal information: from our clients – when they schedule an appointment throughout our online scheduling software for the purpose of nutrition services, breastfeeding education, yoga sessions, and lifestyle sessions that we offer, or otherwise in the course of providing our services at any other time.

The kind of personal information we may collect may include your full name, email address, phone number, postal or residential address, age, height, weight, exercise levels, biochemistry, medical history, medication and supplement use and any current medical conditions, allergies/intolerances, etc. It may also include billing information and other personal information, including details of your current health care providers, and from time-to-time, health information about you from our other health care providers. If you do not provide us with all the information we request, we may not be able to deliver our services. Some personal information we collect may include health information. We collect health information from clients for the purposes of providing dietary advice and personalized yoga sessions. This enables us to safely, appropriately and accurately provide our services and assess the needs of our client in the provision of our services and to generally assist in optimizing the quality of our service.

We will always take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we collect and hold from misuse, loss and interference and from unauthorized access and modification, and to make sure it is accurate, complete and up-to-date when we collect, use or disclose it. Your personal information will never be sold or traded.
